No. 1 Star: Jonathan Toews, Chicago Blackhawks
In the battle of the Western Conference's two best teams, the Blackhawks emerged,�4-3,�in a�shootout victory over the Minnesota Wild. Chicago was led by Toews, who had a goal, an assist, and a shootout goal, which set the stage for Patrick Kane to deke the Wild into oblivion.
No. 2 Star: Niklas Hagman, Anaheim Ducks
Hagman scored twice in the second period as the Ducks cruised to a 4-1 victory over the Phoenix Coyotes. He added 5 shots, second only to Lubomir Visnovsky. Corey Perry assisted on both goals.
No. 3 Star: Tim Thomas, Boston Bruins
The Ottawa Senators came to play in this one, peppering Thomas with 47 shots, but the Bruins netminder stopped all but two. Speaking of two, Daniel Paille scored that many times, and the Bruins rolled to a 5-2 win.
Honourable mention: Cal Clutterbuck had two assists for Minnesota in the loss... Rod Pelley only needed a period to score his first goal as a member of the Ducks... Patrice Bergeron's 3-1 goal was a backbreaker. Down one and outplaying the Bruins to start the 3rd, Ottawa let him do this:

I've got the utmost respect for the Sedin twins and for Alain Vigneault and all the Vancouver Canucks. It was just a little bit of� tongue-in-cheek that we had at the little radio show with some of the fans. I've got the utmost respect for Vancouver and what they do and what they do on the ice and how they do it. Both of us have a great rivalry going during this season.
Dishonourable mention: Daymond Langkow went 2-for-10 in the faceoff circle for the Coyotes, and Oliver Ekman-Larsson was a minus-3.
