Henrik Lundqvist Reportedly Engaged

New York Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist is one of the sport's best. Since he plays for New York, his personal life is almost as significant as anything he does on the ice.

The New York Post cites a Swedish newspaper report that says Lundqvist has become engaged to longtime girlfriend Theresa Andersson.

The paper says Lundqvist proposed at a New York restaurant just before Christmas. The netminder then secretly flew in some of Andersson's friends to celebrate.

The Rangers would not comment.
