Report: Guy Boucher Picked to Take Over Blue Jackets

Despite only having one year of professional coaching experience, it appears Guy Boucher has the inside track to become the next head coach of the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Aaron Portzline of the Columbus Dispatch reported Saturday that the team has chosen Boucher, and it's a matter now of working out a contract.

Portzline reports Boucher had two interviews with general manager Scott Howson, and it appears his lack of experience won't be a deterrent to making a hire.

For a coach with so little experience, Boucher does have an impressive resume.
