Tim Thomas Possible Save of the Year; Kessel Gets Game-Winner in Shootout

Boston's Tim Thomas has been a one-man wrecking crew this season, playing the best hockey of his career. High praise for a guy that already has a Vezina Trophy under his belt. After losing his starting job a year ago to youngster Tuukka Rask, Thomas has been the best goaltender in the league this season, entering play on Saturday leading the NHL in goals against average and save percentage.

During the Bruins 3-2 shootout loss in Toronto on Saturday, Thomas made what has to be considered at this point the save of the NHL season when he absolutely robbed Maple Leafs defenseman Francois Beauchemin in overtime, taking away what appeared to be an easy game-winning tally.
