Two weeks ago, the Toronto Maple Leafs had all the reasons in the world to be happy. They were coming off three victories over top teams in the Eastern Conference and a four-game slide was behind them.
That was then, and this is now.
Heading into the Christmas break, each and every member of the Maple Leafs has to take another long look in the mirror to see whether it cracks.
