The Minnesota Wild are on the verge of adding a player capable of producing 50 points or more when healthy, and they don't have to spend any free-agent money to do it.Forward Pierre-Marc Bouchard played in precisely one game last season before being shut down with concussion symptoms. Those symptoms never went away, and it was the offseason before Bouchard was able to work out.
In an appearance on KQDS-AM radio in Duluth, Minn., Wednesday, second-year Wild coach Todd Richards provided an update on Bouchard, who has been working out regularly during the summer in hopes of returning to the team.
